Abstract of the talk:

While deeply involved in research, engineering and student activities of the INO project, I have been keeping a close touch with young students from all over the country over the past 20 years. I spend the weekends for what I call ‘Part of regular engagement with those who matter for the future’, travelling extensively to colleges and schools even in remote towns and villages. I will briefly mention some of my initiatives using the TIFR, INO and IEEE channels for the cause of science/technology education in India and share my exciting and learning experiences.
