Please Note: For online application, all applicants should have a valid email ID. This email ID will be used for all future login as well as for all communications and updates during the NIUS association with HBCSE.

Applications are invited only from 2nd Year Undergraduate (B.Sc/B.Sc. (Hons.)/Int. M.Sc./BS-MS) students

Steps to submit your application online

1. Applicants need to create an applicant profile
2. Activate your account by clicking on the activation link that will be sent to you on your registered email id.
3. Login to your account using your registered email ID and password.
4. Fill in all details and submit the application form.
5. Link for Confidential Assessment Form will be sent to the referees after your submission.
6. The application and the assessment from your referees must be submitted on or before September 30, 2026.

Instructions

Read the instructions carefully and keep the following documents ready before proceeding to applying online:
1. A softcopy of your recent photograph, no older than 3 months. (.jpg/.png file of size not exceeding 2 MB)
2. Scanned photo/image/PDF of your recent Bonafide certificate of affiliation as a second year student from your current college/institution (download PDF template). (.jpg/.png/.pdf file of size not exceeding 2 MB)
3. Scanned copy of your STD X, XII and first year marksheets along with CGPA conversion rule wherever applicable.
4. Full contact address for yourself and your institution, including pincode.
5. Name, Designation, Department, Institute, Email ID and Contact Phone/mobile number of TWO referees who would be filling Confidential Assessment Form for you. They should be teachers with whom you have interacted academically during past ONE year.
6. Please check the email ids of referees carefully. Wrong submission of email ids will cause the referee requests to fail and your application to be rejected as incomplete.
